They're very grateful to Mark and Matt for all their guidance, help and support. They have a fantastic selection of interesting wood flooring. We're thrilled with how they've been fitted by Matt and finished by Tony, the French polisher. We'd fully recommend them to anyone.

Les Ammon18/07/2024I'm extremely happy with my new flooring. Mark was very patient while we went through numerous iterations of flooring types. Matt and Mark adviced us on the direction that the planks should be installed which turned out to be spot on. Matt carried out the installation very efficiently and with care. Overall, very pleased that I chose west One Wood Flooring and would definitely recommend them.
David Graham02/05/2024When the going gets tough, you find out who your friends really are! We had a lovely new wood floor fitted by West One a couple of years ago. At the end of last year, we found that it had become damp, warped and buckled. West One did not flinch from working closely with us and other contractors to help discover how the damp had got into the house. Once the source of water ingress (for which West One had not been responsible) was found and remedied, West One carefully lifted the rest of the flooring, gave us advice on how to dry out walls, skirting boards and concrete substrate, took regular moisture readings and made sure that there were minimal delays in getting the floor replaced. We now have a lovely new wood floor again! It has been a joy to work with West One and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Katherine Fitzgerald23/08/2023West One Wood Flooring were extremely knowlegeable, experienced, considerate - brilliant all in all. My kitchen floor which is made of reclaimed wood has been sanded and re-sealed in a way that we all love. It transforms the room and was done with great care and taste. I can't recommend West One Wood Flooring too highly!
