I had just moved into a period property and decided the current trend for herringbone would be perfect for my ground floor rooms. I spent 5 months obtaining various quotes and found it more difficult than I thought it would be to find someone who could lay a quality engineered herringbone in the style and colour that I wanted. West One listened and came up with a good match and at a very competitive price. The job was completed in perfect timing straight after I had other decorating work carried out and a new fireplace put in. The floor has given the house the "wow" factor - I love it! Mark was very helpful in respect of tailoring the soundproofing insulation options and meeting with the appointed surveyor to make sure we complied with stringent freeholder requirements.
